5 simple tips for staying healthy:

  1. Keep your hands free of germs- your hands constantly come in contact with numerous bacteria and viruses, use a quality disinfectant to sanitise your hands, especially after using the bathroom and before you handle food
  2. Cover your mouth when you cough or sneeze- covering your mouth reduces the number of airborne germs, while this this won’t prevent you from becoming ill, those around you will thank you.
  3. Take care of your immune system- get some exercise and plenty of sleep, eat well, avoid things that might lower your immunity, like smoking.
  4. Don’t invite the germs in - avoid touching your face and biting your nails, your mouth and nose are primary entry points for bacteria and viruses.
  5. Avoid others that are ill, and stay at home when you are ill- the fewer germs and bacteria in your environment, the more likely you are to avoid illness.
